You might be getting your chops down for your first gig, or your next tour. Maybe you're tracking your first demo or just learning how to record. Or perhaps you'd just prefer to jam with your buddies while all those other guys are hittin' golf balls. Regardless of your situation, Red House gives you access to state-of-the-art studios for rehearsing, recording or just jamming.
These are not rehearsal rooms from your old man's era. Come to think of it, these aren't even rehearsal rooms from your era. We figure, if you're building a kickin' new studio complex, why let it inherit all the old problems? That's why our rooms come 100% pre-equipped (PA, drums, keys, effects, more...) and pre-wired for digital recording. Plus, with our top notch Red House service, the room will be set-up to your specific needs before you even arrive. There's even a comfy sectional to chill out on between songs - and it's actually clean enough sit on. Imagine that.

Here's How It Works
- Studio Rental Rate. $22/Hour (Membership Not Required)
- Reservation Blocks. Reservation blocks are two hours minimum. 8-10pm slots are discouraged, as they preclude two hour reservations starting at 7pm and 9pm. Red House rounds up to the nearest 1/2 hour in determining the rental fee.
- Making Reservations. Sessions can be scheduled via the email at info@redhouselive.com, or by calling Red House at 925-938-6900. We're happy to book recurring weekly reservations.
- Initial Client Set-Up. At the time of your first studio rental, we will ask you to complete a Rehearsal Studio Rental Agreement, and to put a credit card number (Visa/Mastercard) on file. The credit card will only be charged if you fail to cancel a reservation, or if there is damage to the room or the equipment.
- Cancellations. Reservations not cancelled at least 24 hour are subject to full charge. Frequent cancellations may limit your ability to book future reservations.
- Recording Capabilities. The Mackie 1640 mixers have firewire capability which allow them to be connected to most recording programs. Also, Red House has a mobile ProTools LE rig that is available at no extra cost. However, if you require assistance in setting up or bouncing down your recording, we do charge a $30 fee. Please let us know if advance if you plan on using the recording capabilities.
- Orientation - Red House staff will provide an orientation to all the equipment at the time of your first rental. Equipment manuals are available upon request.
