1. Electronic Lesson Vouchers. Private lessons are typically purchased in packages of four lessons. Unlike many studios, these four 'vouchers' are not required to be used in a single month; they are simply debited as used.
2. Standard Lesson Rates. Red House lesson vouchers may be used for any type of lesson - guitar, bass, drums, vocals, etc. - with any staff instructor.
3. Pre-Payment Policy. Students must have a valid lesson voucher on file in order to schedule a lesson.
4. Jam and Ensemble Member Discounts. Students with a valid Red House Jam Membership and participants in Red House’s Ensembles (Band Foundry, Rocktet) receive a 5% discount on private lesson packages. As an additional benefit, member lesson packages will not expire so long as the membership is current.
5. Payment Methods. Red House accepts cash, personal checks, VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Discover. Lessons may be repurchased in person, via the phone or via the Internet.
6. Package Expirations, Transfers, and Refunds. Lesson packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Refunds on the unused portion of a lesson package are subject to a $15 service charge. Unused lessons may also be transferred to another student, such as a family member.
7. Online Account Access. Students may access their current account balances and lesson schedules online at http://schedule.redhouselive.com. Please inquire with a Red House staff member if you’d like assistance accessing your account.
8. Notification. All lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests should be emailed to reservations@redhouselive.com. All schedule changes will be confirmed via email. Scheduling or cancellation requests communicated directly to the instructor, and not confirmed via email, are not considered binding.

1. Recurring Weekly Time Slot. Students will be scheduled for the same time slot with the same instructor each week.
2. Single Appointment Cancellations. Individual appointments under the fixed plan are non-cancelable, although make-up appointments may be scheduled if the student notifies Red House by 6p.m. the night prior to the original appointment.
3. Make-Up Scheduling. Make-Up lessons may be used within 30 days of the original appointment date. While Red House will make every effort to accommodate your schedule, make-ups are subject to the instructor’s availability and are not guaranteed.
4. Instructor Absences. If the Red House instructor is unable to conduct a lesson at the scheduled time, Red House will retain a qualified substitute instructor or will reschedule the student to a different time. Students are not obligated to accept alternate times, and will not be charged if Red House is unable to deliver the lesson at the original time slot.
5. Fixed Slot Cancellation. Students may withdraw from the fixed time slot by notifying Red House at least one week prior to their next appointment. Any un-used lessons will remain available to the student, however the student will not be assured of the same time slot in the future.
6. Auto-Billing. In order to maintain their fixed lesson slot, students on the ‘Fixed Plan’ will be automatically billed for their next package of four lessons via credit card charge or ACH debit upon depletion of the prior package. Students who do not desire the auto-bill set-up must purchase a new package prior to the usage of their fourth lesson on the prior package.

1. Appointment Scheduling. Lessons may be scheduled up to 10 days in advance of the appointment.
2. Appointment Cancellations. Lessons may be cancelled without penalty up until 6pm the night prior to the appointment. Cancellations or ‘no-shows’ after that time will be charged.
